The location was great

We really weren't expecting much from this hotel as it was fairly cheap and the reviews that we had read regarding the staff and the hotel itself weren't great... However we were pleasantly surprised! The staff were helpful from the minute we checked in, to the minute we checked out and could not have done more for us. The concierge staff were more than happy to help us plan trips whilst also recommending the best places to eat. Furthermore, the rooms were kept spotless everyday by the cleaners, who were more than happy to clean the room later than planned if in need of a lay in!

A fab inn with huge clean rooms with phenomenal central area we'll definitely recommend this lodging. This inn could be a 15 diminutive walk to Central stop and a 20 miniature walk to Time square. Extraordinary area, clean inn neighborly accommodating staff and was not costly to book up. The concierge we managed with was phenomenal. The rooms are a great estimate. It is well suited for a family excursion. The view in the evening over the New York skyline was breathtaking. It was very relaxing.

Good hotel and staff that are extremely friendly.The hotel bar was nice size with multiple TV's and sports on. The restaurant attached was also nice since there wasn’t a complimentary breakfast. The rooftop pool was nice along with the bar up there.The hotel is newly renovated, clean and within walking distance to Central Park, Lincoln Center and Roosevelt Hospital (which is why we are here). It also features a pool on the roof top, restaurant, all in all, a much better than average Holiday Inn. he hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The owner of this hotel actually came up to us in the hotel restaurant and introduced himself. A few days later, the owner of the hotel passed us walking down the busy streets of NYC and asked if we were enjoying our stay. Things like this do not happen very often, especially in NYC. The hotel is effeminately much smaller than a lot of others in the area, but it was very affordable and comfortable. The rooms were good size and easily accommodated our needs. Some of the downfalls, there was no refrigerator in our room, the bathroom was pretty small and the sink was outside of the bathroom.
